thinking out loud.....

ok, so we all know about the laws of probability and the supposed gambler's fallacy.
as the title of the thread suggests, i'm just thinking out loud here.

what about betting that a group of sectors doesn't match the previous group exactly?
for example if the previous 10 spins were RRBBBBRBBR, would it not make sense to bet that that group doesn't appear exactly in the next 10 spins?

it wouldn't have to be 10 spins, but i think groups of 4 or 6 could quite easily replicate.
it wouldn't have to be even chances either, but would this be workable with streets or double streets?
maybe dozens or columns would be better?
also, obviously depending on sectors chosen, then the progression would have to change accordingly.
i've just run through a sample of 40 spins (a ridiculously small sample i know) to try and get a flavour.
i used the colours.
betting exactly the opposite of the last spun colour, over 10 spin sample units (ie betting that the 11th spin wouldn't be the same as the 1st and so on)  i had 19 wins.
betting red there would have been 17 wins and black 20 wins.
so, much of a muchness really.
is that how this bet selection would always work out?
is there anything in this method?

Nice food for thought mate...we all need some ;)

just ran another 40 spins and used the dozens.
i.e. the first ten dozens out were MHHLHLLMLM,  so my first bet was L+H, second bet L+M etc.

40 spins gave me 28 wins.
if i were to pick L+M every spin then that would give 25 wins
L+H = 28 wins
M+H = 27 wins

again, much of a muchness. probably nothing at all in this method?

Interesting ,
the wins  comes in streaks?  :wLLwwL::ww?
Try to use Lw strategy  :
trigger  W bet until appear first L, wait new trigger W bet....
And progression leveller 1/1,   2/2,  4/4 stay on 4/4 until in plus .

...............................................
another idea

Have you tryed  bet round and round  LM, MH, HL, LM, MH,HL...and so on ?
same Lw strategy + leveller

ewarwoowar

hello kattila, yes playing the two dozens (only over the 40 spins) the wins came in streaks.
the pattern went...WWWWLLWWWW WLLWWWWWWL WLLWLLWLWW WWWWWLLWWW
i'll look at the LW method with the leveller.

cheers.

just played a 70 spin session, betting against the previous 10 results on dozens, using the LW strategy with leveller progression.
it looks a very steady method and the 70 spins yielded 19 points profit.
betting against the last 10 dozens produced 37 wins.
betting all L+M gave 28 wins
betting all L+H gave 35 wins
betting all M+H gave 32 wins

i'm going to look at this some more!

your concept matches antiphase method and mirror system, but as a whole all these red/black systems fall flat.

Scooby

I tried this method using red and blacks a while back and had some really good results.  Also tried it on dozens and was equally as good.  Didnt post it on here because im a newbie and couldnt find a decent progression.  Marty was great but dangerous.  There is def something in betting the pattern wont repeat again for the next ten spins.  I also covered zero just incase.

ewarwoowar

hi scooby thanks for your input.
please dont refrain from posting because you're a newbie. i'm pretty much a newbie myself and you'll find people on this board friendly and helpfull, not at all like other places!

sadly over the weekend, this method tanked for me, but i do think that there's something in betting that a sequence (however many spins, or whatever pattern) doesn't repeat again.

there's so much knowledge and new ideas shared freely on this board that i'm sure you'll soon find a progression  that suits this method, or vice versa.

cheers.
