How Many Spins Is A "Session" For You ??

People when testing say "here are the results of a 300 spin session" for example. My question is why test that long if you can only stop at the table for say 100 spins before you need a rest/toilet break etc. So how long can you stay at the table before you need a break ? I know when it's busy spins slow down & all that, I just looking for a ballpark figure  :thumbsup:

For me it is mostly 100-150 spins per session, at the live tables. That can be boring, let alone my wife has to do all the household stuff.
