Hello Bill,

Hope you have time to post an example on how you apply the 6 point divisor on betting 2 dozens or 2 columns. All the examples I have seen are on even money bets.

Thanks!

It's a waste of time to deal with "6 point divisor plan".
It's like all other systems(or money managements):if you are lucky, you can win for months.
I had very bad experience with it,both on EC's and Dozens.
The truth is in the mr.ore post here above.
Don't dream with systems like that.
It's very old and Casinos are not worried at all!

Hi mogwai, beretta28

I agree that casinos would not be worried at all about the 6 point divisor, it’s a slow grinding progression, incredibly slow at times â€" you can merrily spend 2 hours at a table & come away with what you had at the beginning, or less! This obviously isn’t going to be the end of casinos.

All I can tell you is my experience of it, I don’t know if disaster lies around the corner…

I haven’t played this for a couple of weeks now, got up to 3200 units from a BR of 2000, lost a couple hundred & now taking a breather. I’m looking at GLC’s other progressions at the minute.

@mogwai, the basic way I learned of playing on the dozens is:-
1x1 â€" if lose…
2x2 â€" if lose then down 6 units, so add divisor of 6 & target of 6 (6/6)

so move to recovery of..
6/13.3x3 if you lost here you would go to..
6/19.4x4 etc
does that make sense?

I tried various Safety-Brake applications. At first, applying at regular intervals, then hardly applying at all.. truth is probably somewhere in the middle. There’s nothing quite like playing it though & getting a feel of when a brake needs to be applied. Add in the patience of a saint & you might just be alright.

Would be interested in your history with it beretta28?

@mogwai, let me know if you’ve got any other questions about this way..

Thank you monaco for your costructive post.

I gave up dozens after a few sessions.I play on European roulette with "en prison" rule.So I considered that it was better to fight against 1,35% than against 2,70%.
After 300 hundred spins, at the most, on dozens I was close to equilibrium, but constantly negative, with quite strong up and down of my bankroll.in spite of some mechanisms for reducing the amount of my bets
Too dangerous!

Almost the same for ECs.
I played in real Casinos almost 3000 spins in 20 sessions(I know,it's not very much!) using exactly  Lanky's rules.
After 3000 spins  I was less 50 units .that's very close to the theoretical  VIG:1,35%.
What really disappointed me ,was the fact that at the end of each session at the Casino(positive or negative) I tested at home, on the same spins, other different progressions(D'Alembert,Hollandish,Labby,Bread winner, even Marty of five terms).
The conclusion was that for every session one of the progression here above was better of 6 point divisor and for several sessions all progressions were better!Less lost and deficit, lower bkr needed
My conclusion was that all negative progressions(6 point divisor included) work on a given "permanence",depending on how this "permanence" is generated, spin after spin
6 point divisor doesn't give any advantage at all with respect to  other progressions that,I confirm, are very often better and can be used looking only to the display(if it works) without pen and paper!

Thanks Bill I think I get the picture

I was playing your progressions on the dozens;
My dozens bets are 1 unit on the  dozen  , who is  not seen and 1 unit and 1 unit on the two last dozens who where coming

Example:

31
20
7
12 bet 1 unit on first dozen  and 1 unit on 2nd dozen
31 bet 1 unit on first dozen and 1 unit on thirth dozen and 3 unit on second dozen.
20  win 8 units netto and restart the progression see # 14
