Title: My dream: Trend tracking for every conceivable hard limit
Post by: NKYO on Dec 02, 09:59 PM 2014
My dream:

To have an Excel file that tracks every conceivable "hard" limit (based on a million or so spins) and then automatically alerts you as opportunities present themselves.

For example, say the hard limit for missing 1st Dozen was 30 or so and the Excel file  alerted to such a trend in progress, say when it reaches 20 misses in a row.

Now imagine that you were alerted to every kind of trend. Not just conventional bets, but all conceivable combinations of dozens, etc.

My gut feeling is that at any given time there is a hard limit being approached that is ripe for betting.

Has anyone ever made a list of hard limits? And, has anyone ever made an Excel file to track and alert you of them?

In a way, what you suggest makes use of the "know one and you'll know the other" principle. In the case of roulette, betting locations on the felt are just a convenience for a group of numbers of a certain size.

The hard limits can be obtained with statistics for:

Random groups of 2 numbers (splits):

2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18

Random groups of 3 numbers (streets).

3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18

Random groups of 4 numbers (quads):

4, 8, 12, 16

Random groups of 6 numbers (double-streets):

6, 12, 18

Random groups of 12 numbers (dozens/columns):

12

Your principle is valid :)

QuoteHas anyone ever made a list of hard limits?

There is a rough estimate at 20 times the numerical universe mentioned at the spanish-speaking circles.

Even chance universe: 2 spins.

2 x 20 = 40 spins for red/black.

Dozen universe: 3 spins

3 x 20 = 60 spins for a dozen/column.

And so on.

These limits are of course broken by RNG simulators. Actually, there are no theoretical "hard limits" in the game. There are only theoretical expectations according to the spin-sample size.

Still, there is one author who talks about "Potentially verifiable delays", which are half the size of the "20x maximum delay", i.e. for numbers it means 370 spins without a straight-up coming out; strategy being attacking the number approaching this range with the parachute for maximizing chances of hitting with a nearby location and staying until the number comes out.

Each parachute hit fuels another fresh set of attacking the target number, reusing the same initial amount of units. "He who can do more can do less".

Quotehas anyone ever made an Excel file to track and alert you of them?

That's for Nick to answer :)

I'm into coding traditional exe files.

Cheers!

First the rule (Yes, I made it up!):  If it won't work on one, it won't work on any.

What you suggest has been tried over and over again with the same result.  I tried it with ECs on robots and had them look for a certain number of reds and then bet black.

Here's the kicker:  Unless you can give a specific reason that flies within the bounds of physics  and math as to why you have a greater chance of winning than losing, your theory is just that--a theory.  It will never produce results.

Imagine this............

You have thirty reds in a row.  Why physical or mathematical reason is there for red to be less likely to hit on the thirty-first spin?  Do the pockets shrink?  Is there plastic wrap on them?  Little gremlins in each pocket to push the ball out?

Every spin of the wheel has exactly the same chance of hitting red or black no matter what has gone before.  People theorize.  Do they every play it?  With real money?  "Ah, there's the rub!"

Hello NKYO . . .

I have attached a sheet which I use as a guide of the hard limits for both Sleepers and Repeaters for various number sets.

I have also attached an Excel sheet that you can test the limits of a Line (DS) sleeping.

Simply enter how long you want a line to sleep for before you start to bet.  It comes with a built in 40 step progression.

Enjoy

Nick

NKYO

My post sounded arrogant and I made an a** of myself.  I have had this discussion on another forum with another person, and I went off on you.

Sorry 'bout that, Ol' Bean.

I think your idea can be done.

Set a limit for each ratio type.
create an array of wheel numbers and order it by how long the number did not come up.

When a number breaks a limit, the cycle through the array to see if any number is in the ratio.

So for example, the number 12 did not hit for at least 30 spins and that was your hard limit for a dozen. Then look through the array until you get to a number that hit sooner than you limit. If any of those numbers are in your dozen, then your dozen failed. Otherwise make a bet on that dozen.
