  This bet covers all numbers except zero and the five neighbors each side of zero. So it covers a sector of twenty-six numbers, but you do not need to bet twenty-six units.
  Instead, you can place bets on thirteen splits.
  In just one hour observing, I recorded up to seventeen continuous wins. The aim is to win five units, not lose your thirteen units.
  Here are the splits to bet : Column three...(6 / 9)...(24 /27)...(33 / 36)
Column two...(5 / 8) ...(11 / 14)...(20 / 23)
Column one...(7 / 10)...(13 / 16)...(22 / 25)...(31 / 34)
Others...(1 / 2)...(17 / 18)...(29 / 30)
