I may be speaking out of turn, but I was in touch with MuppetMan just a few weeks ago and even though this topic didn't come up, I'm confident that he had to discontinue this experiment while he and his wife were battling her cancer.

The good news is that today his wife is cancer free.

On his behalf I thank everyone who extended their prayers and good wishes to them.  I know it meant a lot.

Even though most of us only know each other through this internet contact, in a sense, we are a community and share more of each other's lives than just working on a way to win at roulette.  I can assure you that I consider all of you more than just fingers typing away at a keyboard.

Please forgive me when I react in a negative way to someone's post.  For all of us, on some days we find ourselves a little off balance.  It can take a couple of days to recover and try to make amends.

And thanks to the mods for all their patience and supervision.  It's a thankless job.  I like it best when they're invisible for extended periods of time.  It means the community's getting along pretty well.

P.S.  I continue to pray for Sam's wife also.  I'm not sure what the problem is, but God knows.
In my case it doesn't matter.  I'm both!

Well said George! And good news regarding Muppetman's wife, and hopefully all is as well as possible with the lovely Sam and his wife too.
