The bet selection goes as following:
When a column spins, then bet on the 2 other columns,
What progression do I need for this?

Cheers, Jordsie.

QuoteWhat progression do I need for this?

A very expensive one, place the following on EACH column

1,3,9,27,81 if you want more, just multiply by 9
There's only one way forward, follow random, don't fight with it!

Ignore a thread/topic that mentions 'stop loss', 'virtual loss' and also when a list is provided of a progression, mechanical does NOT work!

what superman said
or you can flatbet it
or my favorite for 2 dozen/column  -  +2 on a loss / -1 on a win
To beat the game you first have to realise you can't beat the game - then comes the hard part

Is there a way to do a labouchere progression of this?

superman

A single dozen/column can hit 15 to 18 times in a row, no progression would help, too risky.

But still.. I want to know how do this in a progression!
Cheers.

If you use a specific march betting for present change, then you will have periods with very high strike ratio, then there is no need to be agressive as the winnings chop.

You can try a humbel 6 step progression like

1:1
1:1
2:2
3:3
And so on ...

High peak +15 and lowest peak at +4 ...

2 W 1:1 +1
1 W 1:1 +2

Denial of gamblers fallacy is usually seen in people who has Roulette as last option for a way to wealth, debt covering and a independent lifestyle.  Next step is pretty ugly-
AP - It's not that it can't be done, but rather people don't really have a clue as to the level of fanaticism and outright obsession that it takes to be successful, let alone get to the level where you can take money out of the casinos on a regular basis. Out of 1,000 people that earnestly try, maybe only one will make it.

Le_Chiffre

this labby system works on dozens and columns........you'll can use it to bet against the column that just hit on the other 2.

Would it be possible to use my bet selection with the H.P. Johnson progression?

warrior

It is very difficult to make a progression on 2 dozens, your bet selection has to be the key.

Jord - The 2 : 1 bets have been tried & tested for generations of players. Betting 2 positions has the natural maths situation of losing twice as much as you win.  As the outlays are double a single outlay the usual play is to triple up the bets at each higher level.

As Superman has already mentioned this gets very expensive rather quickly. Casinos have been well aware of the risk to their profits on the 2 : 1 bets and their upper & lower limits don't allow for too many progression levels.

As an example my local casino on the 2 :1 bets has a $10 min. & a $500 max. on any one position.
On a single bet (dbl up only) we have, $10, $20, $40, $80, $160, $320 & 6 progression levels, any higher exceeds the $500 limit. The up side IF you win is the $200% profit but only a 1/3 chance of a hit. The downside is that the odds of losing are 2/3 (leaving out any zeros).
Then on the any two positions with triple up we get totals of (base $10 x 2) $20, $60, $180 & $540 & 4 progression levels. Again any higher exceeds the & 500 limit.
It is possible to work back from the max. to have a higher min. starting bet.

Party casino (live Latvian dealers) that I sometimes play at has a more generous 2 min. & a 2500 max. for both the 1 : 1 bets & the 2 : 1 bets this allows 10 dbl ups & 7 triple ups off the 2 min.
Whether it would be wise to risk big money to win only 2 is an often asked question ?

There are many other ideas that split the bets including the "Labby" as Le_Chiffre has kindly given & the 6 point divisor plan but you can never get away from the fact that x2 betting loses twice as much as it wins. The odds are never in your favour. For me the less complex the betting is the better. Especially if your grinding out 100's of bets? An exeception would be if you had a computer BOT ? Not a consideration for B & M visits.

I'm currently testing for live B & M casino multi table hit run play. Elements of this have been discussed at length on the forums in the recent past. Originally I was testing on the dozens & columns betting opposite to a recently spun pattern.. This involved bets to only 3 progression levels at any table. Any win is 1 unit & a "hit & run" to the next table. A triple loss also ends the play at that table. The units were 1, 2, 4 = 7. A 7 unit loss takes 7 other table wins to recover.

Recently I've switched this idea to the even chance bets. I track a last 6 spun pattern that follows the 6 x 1 : 1 layout options. I then bet opposite. Naturally the outlays are less severe as dbl ups vs triple ups (basically).
Testing is looking positive but it's still early days.

Jord - where do you play/or plan to play? On line RNG or airball, On line live dealer? Real live dealer casino?

yes, start with the string, say 2  2  2  2  2  2, then add the 1st and last number together and bet that amount on BOTH columns....then cross them off on a win.....on a loss you have to spread that amount across the string.

So it's just the same as the previous HP johnson on this board, but your losses need to be doubled when adding them to the string (as you've lost twice the sum of the 1st and last number by betting it on 2 columns)

on the 1st loss with the above string with the single bet HP johnson method, the string would then look like 2  2  3  3  3  3..........but on columns it would look like this 2  2  4   4   4  4

Jordsie669

So if my string is 1111 I have to bet 2 on one column and 2 on another,
and after a loss the string will become: 2222 Or should it become 3333

it will be 2   2   2    2   if you lose on 1st go.

if you're playing online, it will tell you somewhere what your last total bet was, so you just divide that by the size of your string and add that to each number in the string....obviously you may need to ad a bit more to one of the numbers in the string if it doesn't divide equally
