WOW.  Stumbled on this thread. I bought her method 3-4 years ago.  Supposedly
she offered "support". On the phone she would bulldoze through and show/tell you stuff.
She wouldn't shut up long enough to ask a question and if you managed to get a word
in edgewise, the subject changed to some kind of criticism.

So you ended up with nothing.  I could talk more, but who's listening?
