Server move complete

You may have noticed this site was down for a day or so. This was because I moved to a new server, which turned out to be pathetically slow. So I had to move to another server. So there were two painfully tedious moves. If you are reading this, then you are on the new server. It will take about another 24hrs for the domain name to fully propagate (point to the server ip address), but it may already be fully complete for you depending on your isp.

Anyway from benchmark tests this server now appears to be the fastest one yet. Sorry for the inconvenience but I'm sure everyone will appreciate the upgrade.
