what i mean by 2/3 of a dozen is each dozen consist of 3 columns, wait until 2 columns has been hit in one dozen, then bet the last column in that dozen

likewise each column cosists of 3 dozens, wait until 2 dozens has been hit in one column then bet for the last dozen in that column.

there are no other specific rules for this trigger
