Its all luck, nothing more? Coincidence, nothing more? No type of method?....read on.

We have a lotto game here in WISC. Its a top prize of 350K, the drawings are 7 days per week. If more than one person hits on the same day, the money is NOT divided up, each winning ticket gets 350K. Its around 235K after taxes. Odds of hitting are around 1/1.63 million.

Anyways, we had a guy just the other day hit three times on one day, he felt quite confident regarding his numbers. He CHOSE his own numbers, for whatever the reason. Okay, no biggie but back in 2008, he did it again but with FOUR sets of the same numbers, on the SAME day. Again, he CHOSE his own numbers. So thats 350Kx7, not bad. Oh yeah, his regular job, he is an accountant, a numbers freak. There is no way you can say.....none of it is tied together.

So, for WHATEVER reason, he chooses his own numbers and plays more than one set per drawing. I'm impressed and I dont get impressed too often.

Roulette is a bit similar to certain lotteries. It is SUPPOSE to be all random (and it is), but I dont think its a coincidence that this guy is an accountant, I really dont. There are methods out there guys, trust me !!!!

I just did a scan of his recent winning numbers. It took around 35 minutes, I had to go all the way back to 1991. His winning numbers have never hit in 24 years, it could mean nothing OR something.

I still need to scan his numbers from 2008. My guess.....they also have never hit. Our Supercash game here is the second longest running lotto game (in the U.S.)

I believe they take taxes from lottery prizes everywhere, but in the US they like to make it look big and always advertise lotteries with the before tax amount.
In my country people don't have to pay taxes on lottery winnings, because tax is deducted from the amount before it even added to the prize pool. No one even knows how much the jackpot would be without taxes.

Crazy things can happen in lottery, and I don't believe there is any system that would make sense. Just a few weeks ago, they drew the following numbers for the second biggest lottery in my country.  37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 45

Lotterys were skued at first because of the birthday numbers and people think the random pick was brought in for ease. It was brought in to balance the winnings and stop shared jackpots on birthday numbers and roll overs on ATIs numbers above. Not just the jackpots....but balancing the lower payouts

QUESTION FOR ANYONE !!!!

Lets say I take the hottest 10 numbers from the last 50 draws. Is there a WEB SITE where I can insert the 10 numbers and come up with MANY non-repeating combinations of 6? Does anyone know how this could be done?

Forget it, I found a site. There are thousands and thousands of combinations, not to mention, you have to fill out a card for all of these. I dont get it, how is this guy doing it?

I actually play this same game, missed it by ONE number 11 times.

Wow, that's insane. I've been playing the local 7/35 and 6/45 lotteries for about 2.5 years, and I only won min cash like 4 times. Min cash is only about $6. The very first time I played 6/45, I hit 3 numbers, and my other 3 was ±2 from the drawn numbers. Ever since I can barely even hit one number.
There is a 5/90 game, with currently a nice $9.5 million top prize after taxes, but I never play that one. The chance to win is extremely low. The jackpot usually won only 2 times in a year.

Ah yes, the Lottery.

First off, let's take 50 percent of the win for the vig.  (Look at the typical Pick 3 game)

Then let's tax it at a 30% to 45% rate of that amount (depends on state).

Don't forget the Fed Tax if you hit a decent lottery.

Yep, the lottery is where I'd throw money, for sure.

So Ken, since 1991?  How many tickets a day does this guy buy?  He's got to be close to $100K on the tickets ....  interesting story.

Yep, great points. I must of read at least 9 articles on the guy and not yet has it said the total amount invested but no damn way he is not in profit. The guy (and wife) really stick to a game plan, I have to give them credit. I THINK he takes the 10 hottest numbers from the last 30-50 (?) draws and has many, many combinations...but... the confusing part, if he won 3-4 times on one day, that means he is playing multiples of the same sets???

So, he has to have SOME SORT of a decent method for picking AND why go to 3 different stores?

Back in 2008 when he won 4 times (one day) he ALSO went to 4 different stores....WHY??
