There has been far too many miss conception of what forums are all about.

What is we designate two people to post a single number on a daily basis at a specific time from a pre-determined set of 500 numbers.

The rules will be as follows or can be modified.

Starting Bankroll will be 3000 Units.
In order for your number to be confirmed and your bet size, you have to explain why you have decided that.

The idea behind this is people will be able to explain their methods and there will be no arguments.
