Let me rephrase that. Of course I get it. But I do not understand why your examples differs so much when I run them.
Maybe I do something wrong?

I am afraid to say that you did get it wrong.
Here is the spin wise play:

1 W (Bet against 3)- Here we considered 3,3 to be one dozen type and then the next 3 to be a new dozen type so placed the bet that 4th spin won't repeat the new dozen type

1 L (Bet against 1)- Same logic as above

1 W (Bet against 2)- This would be simpler to undersand, after 1,1,2 we bet that it won't become 1,1,2,2 so we bet against 2
