Waffle first.
What do we want in roulette? Is it not something easy to see and play, like top dog Mr J quotes must be able to play at the top doggs table?
So like top dog said use the marquee and note book.
Well what do you see on the marquee? The numbers and you can see they are single or double digits, easy to see?
Now I was not going to show any of this, but on Thursday I used on the multi-player, one of my 3 account names, 3, yes when trying something it’s better to be using 1 bank roll, not one that’s been reset, so if the idea is any good you would see your win ratio go up.
Well this old name was showing a rate of .7, but by evening it was over 1.005, by watching single digits.
So what is below showing, its Morts #'s, max/avg is numerous averages of the double digits, max, is from the numerous record games the max run of double digits.
I have seperated the spins from today in to 2 columns of single and double digits and note how many spins the double lasted

And here is todays calc's, bottom of attached, a new max of double digits.
As zero or if unlucky to be on a double zero, they muck up the run as zero is not going to be played, just bet the 9 single digits when favourable.
Favourable will be down to your decison of how many double digits you are prepared to wait.

Theres more to think about, but as this will be far above your thinking, i'll leave it at this point.

Then BellagioOwner showed the math,
i replied Miss 24 as Mogul said = once every 12K spins
Miss 34 as notto said  = once every 615K  THANKS BellagioOwner. This can be seen in single dozen

So with knowing a doz could miss for 24 or even worst 34.
I decided to wait 10 spins then bet the singles with 1,1,1,2,2,3,4,5,10,15,20,25,35,50 but the table limit on MPR was 100 on a single.

But with the mat broke into 4, when marking how the sectors where coming i could see, lets say sector 3, 19-27 had missed for 10 spins , so i would bet that sector. Went great any time i went back to MPR, but i said to my son we're going to get a loser soon.
You can see in the attached how good it went , from 7661 units to 9326. This is where it took sector 3, 29 spins and posted about the 29 spins in the single dozen thread, and this is where mogul asked about the shopping list, the 29 spins

But after the bust, i realised i had left the singles 1-9 alone,

So i blew all the units. Later i thought okay lets reset the meter and just track for a chance to bet the singles 1-9.
Well using 1 units as the prog would be to much for 5 units. You can see got the 1000 to 1369, went from .94 to .95 win rate.
Came back later to MPR, last time of play was at 2566 units 1845 spins .96 win rate.
Now Maestro likes fast game so tick the ready box when he's on, was near to 3000 units and some times the check box stays ticked, but when on one of the betting oppotunities, i was up to 25 unit chips and only had 5 #'s covered and the spin was finished, now whether that tick box made the clock go to 1, i don't know, but the single came in and was not one of the covered #'s, so the bet was gone and down on units, below 2000.
Well carried on, time was late so stopped and was at 2166 so not to bad.

If you wish to watch progress of betting for singles, look for dotcom. its all i'll play, see if i can  get to win rate of 1 or bust as 1-9 is in 1st doz, that Mogul  kindly says could miss for 24 or as i know 34, so if the 1st is missing then the 1st 9 are as well

So you can see that theres 3 doubles and the zero, zero would be a loser, so i add it to the 3 doubles, making 4 spins. Again a zero, so we make it 6 doubles.   
Yesterday the double digits averaged 2.92 with max length of 17 spins.  Today avg is 4.08 and 23 spins. 
So the max has gone up from 17 to 23, but the max/highest avg is still 5.555555556.

Now the ?, do you wait for 6 double digits and then go for section on mat (1-9), or do you take 6 from the max 23, and wait for 17 double digits, then bet 1-9. If you waited for 17 double digits, today you would have had two bets and be a winner as yesterday was a max of 17, so we can see waiting should work.

Whats happening when we see a large run of doubles? It could be just section 1-9 is missing or is all 1st dozen missing?
Mogul has seen a dozen sleep for 24, i've seen any of the dozens miss for 34 spins on RNG and live wheel. So we can potentially see when 1st dozen is sleeping.

Now when i got to 9000 on steves MPR, i did not restrict my self to 1-9.
I broke the mat into 4, 1-9,10-18,19-27 and 28-36, or 1,2,3,4.
On the attached is recording, number span, section in, furthest back spins 11 onward. But this could happen in first 10 spins.
As we see spin 9 is section 2, furthest back is section 3, marked 10 spins on, 10 was the amount i waited to see if the section had come.
But section 3 is now 6 spins from last hit, the average for double digits when section 2 hit, well you can see it came on spin 11, so waiting 10 spins the oppotunity has now gone, if you went after 6 spins, 6 of the 9#'s are in 2nd doz other 3 in 3rd doz. Would you stick to section 3 or bet double dozen?
If you'd bet doble dozen you'd have won, but section 3 has still not hit, what do you bet?
Now the 3 hits on spin 11, look to furthest back, section 1, 1-9, which is double digit avg of 6 spins now and look next spin #7, 1-9. Look furthest back section 4, yes it drops in.
look again and its section 2. Got to go moto 3 on
