Hello

Wait till 1 line hits 2 times in row and bet 2u units on 5 others. If you lose then bet 6u for one step risking 40u. You win 2u in first step and lose 4u if you win in 2nd step. In live testing on Smartlive live wheel in around 6k spins: 587 wins, 103 loses (7 in 2nd step)  It went just once over 4 repeats and hit 7 times in a row!  Nothing fancy but effective. You get a game in average 10 spins.
Balance 587x2 - 96x4 - 7x40 = 510u.  You can play with bet size in 2nd step of course.
If you bet 10u in 2nd step you break even. Then in my session i would lose just 7 times total of 420u and my profit would be 754u.

How many spin til 1 line hits 2 times?  Or Hit same line with continuous spin?

Yeah. Wait for the same line to repeat and then bet the other 5 lines.
