Progression bets are nothing more than different size bets on different spins. You could get lucky and win big, or unlucky and lose even more.

How could I ever have bad feelings for a person like you? :)

Sam,

I'm a sucker for double dipping.  I like both systems.  In my testing I am a winner playing both, so does that mean twice the winnings?

I'll look at your idea in depth.  Betting a single dozen is a lot easier on the bankroll than double dozens.

I'm thankful for horse racing.  You never know where a concept will come from.

In my case it doesn't matter.  I'm both!

Warrior,
stop discussing with MOP and follow his suggestion.
He has too much experience in roulette and discussing with him is like a match of soccer(because you are an expert) between  Chelsea(MOP) and a team of players without a leg(Warrior)!!

Thank you for that nice compliment.

To me, these types of bets mean you have less betting opportunities, but more wins.  Less volatility.  Less streaks of LLLLLLL.

Here's how it worked:  A top jockey suddenly switched to a dark horse and some good public handicapper had picked that horse before the jockey switch.  You had two reason to bet that horse.  Many, many winners--some by a hand ride; some going away; a few by a nose or neck.  Many winners.  Made the pick three or topped a trifecta.

Oh, geez.....I'm bloviating!!

First quick test confirms what you say about not as many bets.

I'm sensing another problem.  By betting a dozen with IBOBA's life bet system, we're taking a lot of the power away from it.  Only betting part of what the trigger is for.

It works like a dream if you play the two systems complete at the same time.  Only problem is I'm not smart enough to make all the calculations and get the bets down in time.

Maybe some more thought to simplify if possible.

OK, I was not referring to the life bet idea...........

I was referring to the MSIP......

If, using the MSIP, you have three lines to bet and two of them are in the first dozen, your chances are two to one---if the system wins that bet----that it will be in the first dozen.

Using your progression, this could be good.

Or not.....
