BW,  Just to add a little additional information to this topic,  here's one very similar that we already kicked around a little.  I haven't had time to look at this older version.  May have some interesting insights that could save some time on this one.

Looks like this older one got cut short.  This could be a good example of passing by a pretty decent system due to a lack of interest at the time.

Well it shows that there are very little original ideas out there, but few have been tested for long enough.
