I am a son in law to a former member, which passed away about 6 month ago. I found the username, and have access to the mail account, so it was not a problem to get access to this account. I see the person were active here.
I've always respected what he's done, I remember how I got to know from the exodus of young people from the hell of the last great European war, where my wife's father attended. He did not die of age, but out of violence, a gang committing a heinous robbery. No one is still arrested. The event took place in Brazil last year.
I am not in the game as the former account holder. I will try to close the account.
I think he was of the few who gain from gamble!!

I had thought of Ralph to ask something about "lucky 7"only 3 weeks ago and noticed he hadn't posted since August and feared he was ill or worse. I know he was in his 80's or so....

I was going to stop posting on post 3,000, but after hearing of this very sad news I had to log on to show my respects to our comrade, Ralph. I really enjoyed his input. I respected his bravery in life. He will be missed.
It's interesting how someone can feel like a real friend even though you've never met in person.
Tonight I will re-read Ralph's posts in memory of a fellow soldier in the fight to beat this intriguing game.
With utmost respect, :'(
GLC
