The only way to beat roulette is by increasing accuracy of predictions (changing the odds). This is possible on many real wheels.

This is the opposite of Universal Principle, Almost,

Both work!  Go figure!

Track the same way.  Wait for a dozen to miss for 3 spins.

Bet for the missing dozen to hit.

Bet 3 times.  If no hit.  Track for another dozen to miss 3 times.

Bet 3 times.  If no hit.  Track for another dozen to miss 3 times.  Ect...

An important rule:  If a dozen doesn't hit for the 3 tries, you must wait for that dozen to hit before you can bet again.  This helps not chase a dozen that is sleeping for an extended time.

Progression is the Penthouse  111222333444555666 etc... or 112233445566 etc... or 111122223333444455556666 etc...  Move right 1 number on a loss and move left 2 numbers on a win.

If you are a hearty old soul you could also use a martingale for dozens:
1-1-2-3-4-6-9-14-21-31-47 etc...

You can pick.  Penthouse is much safer, although with a little luck, you can win faster with the marty.  (Until the day of reckoning)

It is important to limit the times you bet on each tracking to something to keep from getting wiped out by a dozen that has gone to sleep for a long time.  3 times is a good number.  You could use 2 or 4.  You decide.

Cheers,

George
In my case it doesn't matter.  I'm both!

Dear George,
I don't think it is a good idea to bet upon slow dozens. I would have played just opposite it. Play a dozen which has atleast turned twice in last three decisions. Try it for three times, if it doesn't appear a new dozen would qualify this way. Best progression could be a labouchere for dozens. I can elaborate if someone is interested. Sorry to interrupt.

what type of labby if i can ask?

What type of labby if I can ask?

Tom my friend,

The way I play a labby with dozens and columns is the same way as with an even chance bet.

Except that I start with a 1 unit bet.  If I lose, I write it down

1

Next I bet 1 again.  If I lose, I write it down

1 1

Next I bet the sum of the 2 ends, in this case 2.  If I lose, I write it down

1 1 2

Bet the sum of the 2 ends, so a 3 unit bet.  If I lose, I write it down

1 1 2 3

Bet the sum of the 2 ends, so a 4 unit bet.  If I win I cross off numbers starting from the right until I  crossed off as many units as I have lost.  In this case I won 8 units so I cross off the entire line because they only add up to 7.  So I cleared the line.

Let's say I lost instead of won.  Let's say I lost the next 4 bets

1 1 2 3 4 5 6 7

My next bet is 8 and I win.  I just won 16 units so I cross off the 7, 6 & 3 my line looks like this

1 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 (According to explanation below, I could have crossed off the 7, 6, and 5 and added a 2 to the line)

My next bet is the sum of the 2 end numbers which are 1 & 5 = 6.  Let's say we lose

This is my new line with the crossed off numbers eliminated and the lost 6 unit bet added.

1 1 2 4 5 6

Next bet is 7.  Win!  My new line looks like this.

1 1 2 4 5 6

1 4  So my next bet is 5.

This is an aggressive way to play it.  A conservative way is to cross off the rightmost numbers and if the numbers add  up to more than I won, I will add the remainder to the right end of the line.

So the above line would look like this:  1 1 2 4 5 6 my bet of 7 wins, so now we have

1 1 2 1 4 5 6  As you can see I needed to cross off 14 but 6+5+4=15 so I added the 1 to the rightmost end of my line and now I have

1 1 2 1

My next bet is 2  If I win I will have:

1 1 2 1   And my next bet is 1.

Cheers,

G

i agree. betting cold is never a good idea. cold may sleep continuously. and all dozens can be in that situation. if u wait for cold then u wait for the coldest to appear. And u will get them most likely pretty soon. It does not mean that hot won't become cold of course. But if u track the cold, u will finally get what u ask for -- a "cold wave" which will destroy your bankroll.

Not your classic in that you don't cross off on each end, although if you want your bets to climb faster, you could.

Maybe labby doesn't fit it exactly.  But that's the way I play dozens sometimes when I don't play the penthouse method.
