Because if I ban everyone whos suspicious, then we automatically limit possibility. Instead, it is better to let everyone be a grown up for themselves and use their own head. Im sure many people are still gullible enough to contact him.

Yes I know this guy is likely full of shit. But it is not a moderators job to judge. A mods job is to enforce balanced rules that maximize forum productivity. Imagine if i banned everyone I didnt agree with or edited their posts because of my opinion. Thats not being neutral.
