Triggers

I want to make a program that will allow a user to set triggers.

For example, the triggers could be set up as
1:1
6 wins
5 losses

2:1 odds
3 wins
3 losses

So if 5 reds lose in a row, the alert would be "Red lost 5 times in a row"

If you had this tool, what triggers would you want to use?
