consider these groups

dozen1 red/dozen1 black
dozen2 red/dozen2 black
dozen3 red/dozen3 black

Procedure: Wait until one group have a minimum of 2 hits (i say minimum 2 hits, because if any other group/trigger have more hits, bet that one) then bet the OTHER group (6 numbers) also bet 6u in the other 2 dozens.

So, for an example dozen 1 RED has hit 2 times, now bet all dozen 1 BLACK numbers. Also bet 6u on dozen 2 & 3.

Progression: Double for each loss.

Bankroll: A minimum of 500u playing with 1u bets.

Higest step in progression from the first tests; Step 5 16u (1-2-4-8-16).

First tests was played with 1u bets, wingoal +100u, stoploss -500u.

ignatus, I agree with waiting for a minimum of 3 hits in the group as a trigger.

For the 0 Wheel a filter would be to play only the 1st and 3rd dozen, because you would be targeting only one side of the wheel with either the Red/Black Bets. The 2nd dozen has Black on both sides of the wheel, and also Red on both sides of the wheel.

If the player has the wheel memorized, they could also look at the marquee and check that the target side of the wheel has hit in the previous X number of spins.

Sorry not sure if variations should be in same post but wanted to give you credit for the initial idea 

I tested with waiting for 15 spins for one of those selections not to appear then bet only that section (6 units) and creating the progression where you only increase to stay in profit.
Some waiting time but I'd prefer that and use other systems in between 

eg.
BET 1, 6 units
BET 2, 6 units
BET 3, 6 units
BET 4, 6 units
BET 5, 6 units
BET 6, 12 units
BET 7, 12 units
BET 8, 12 units etc....

Am so confident that tried at the casino.....early days yet but see below, mind you it does take a while as selection could break within 15 spins:
Deepest in round so far is 2 units = $12
