Hi.
Recently I had a very bad experience with a guy that I believed is honest and reasonable.This guy is member of this forum with nick junscissorhands.The reason why I even started conversation with him is his understanding principles of Vaddis concept.He offered Vaddis system for 5ooo$Euro and I believe that original Vadis HG worth that much.But after receiving 5000$ junscissorhands decided that amount is not large enough and he raised the price to 10000$ and than dropped it by 2500$.On the end he wanted 7500$,but its not what was mentioned in original agreement.To proof that I can provide the original e-mail conversation which happened prior that transaction.
I want everyone who will read this to consider the option of not receiving what you paying for from junscissorhands.

I gave him three options.1.Fulfill his obligations regarding the original agreement.,2.If he think his system got 100% more expensive than make a refund ,because I am simply not ready for method for 10 000$.3.If he will not go ahead with option 1 or 2 than I will make the situation public to make sure there will be no more scams happening on his end at least on this forum.In reply to that he said

I don't really got what he wanted to say by that ,but it doesn't sound like he is planning to make any refund.

He got reason for it.I promised to make his life miserable.While hiding under someones name I managed to gather :
His real name and real address(through international banking wire transfer).
His withdrawals transaction IDs (from his Unibet screenshots).
Even his very rear and memorable tattoo on the top of his right hand(from screenshots he sent while flashing stacks of his cash.).

That's not hard to do.

This enclosed system created certain events which can be exploited.

His system wouldnt be "creating" any events. It sounds like Winkel's line crossing thing. None of it changes the accuracy of predictions, so it isnt any more profitable than random bets.

Anyway that's another story.

Let's hope he does the right thing and refunds your money, especially considering you received nothing for it.

There's a forum rule prohibiting selling via PM, because that's what scammers do. Is it my fault members believe scammers in private? Is it the internet's fault that scammers exist?

The forum rules are that selling must be in the correct section, and in the open. But as per your idea of a perfect forum, we aren't allowed to say "it can't work".

So what SHOULD we say if it can't work?

Many members use it because it's useful. We cant just ban it. That would be like banning email.
