Hello. I was curious when personally going into casinos to play live roulette wheels, can you have a small black book or something similar to a book that you can write/jot systems down, such as the patterns for MV5, Divide/Conquer, and Pattern 4 (BTW THANK YOU SO MUCH for all the knowledge you guys have been sharing on those systems).

I wasn't entirely sure if the dealers/pit bosses would see you writing stuff down and not allow you to do so. I guess you could always say your managing your money on your wagered bets, but was asking in reference to Vegas casinos and Casino cruise ships.

Yes you can. Most common name for your black book are SPREADSHEETS  There is no reason why spreadsheets wouldnt be allowed in casino in paper and pen form. But electronical devices like cell phone i.e. are strictly forbidden. In most EU casinos your cell phone has to be turned off while playing, not to mention some other devices like tablets or laptops

Every ladbased casino allow you to write and rather they provide you their printed cards to note down spins because they consider it as foolish.
