My friend, that key is changing all the time... So that fits to the current casino balance needed. Have you ever heard of human greed?  Yes even casino owners have it...

Best example. Have you ever heard that even live tables can be  rigged? I mean magnetized? In my country almost all are like that... Pit boss looks from camera in his secret room at the table, and he just set opposite from biggest bet on table using magnets when he needs some extra money. Yap.

What you're talking about is a rigged RNG. Do some exist? I'm sure they do, just stick to the reputable casinos and you'll be fine. It's no harder to win on a fair RNG than on a real wheel, that's my experience and I know others who would agree.

The thing which irritates me is the blanket statement - "All RNGs are fixed",  "never play them" blah blah blah.

Well, probably you are right.  Everyone has right to his opinion. I wont bother nor you nor anyone else with my opinon about RNG-s. It is more than enough discussed about that, especialy on this forum...
