Color clusters

I am working on a system and I have a question for you guys.

What percentage of spin results will  be part of a cluster ? ( 4 or more red/blacks in a row ).
I checked it with the Spielbank Wiesbaden archive and it seemed to be between 20 and 30 %
So in 220 spins, about 50 spin results are part of a cluster.

Do you think this is accurate?
