With Parachuting we progress through different payout odds rather than staying on the same playing position and increasing chips, so the progression is milder and we last longer.
Low / High | 1 to 1 |
Red / Black | 1 to 1 |
Even / Odd | 1 to 1 |
Dozen | 2 to 1 |
Column | 2 to 1 |
6 Number Combination | 5 to 1 |
5 Number Combination | 6 to 1 |
4 Number Combination | 8 to 1 |
3 Number Combination | 11 to 1 |
2 Number Combination | 17 to 1 |
Any Number | 35 to 1 |
This was demonstrated quite well with my old system Mist Trap...

But how can we create our own "unofficial" parachute positions through stitching bets? I would like us to come up with as many examples as possible for all different odds between 1:1 and 35:1+ by stitching official playing positions over multiple spins that, ideally, cover a varied area of the carpet. This is done by betting 1 chip on one position then parlaying the wins onto a different position, i.e. "letting it ride"!
To get us started we need refer to previous posts by Priyanka and BellagioOwner...
"Original 6 number bet:
Win chance: 6/37 = 16.21%
Payout: 1unit -> 6units (+5 units)
Average: 16.21%*5 units = 0.8105 units
Sticking 2 bets (in 2 different spins)
EC to DozenWin both chance: 18/37 *12/37 = 15.77%
Payout: Spin#1: 1u->2u
Spin#2: 2u->6units (+5 units)
Average: 15.77%*5 units = 0.7885 units"
"25 - 1 unit on red. Win.
27 â€" Place both units on blck. Loss.
7 â€" 1 unit on red. Win.
29 â€" 2 units on black. Win. We got the win at odds of 3/1"
The List (so far...)3:1 Custom = EC > EC
5:1 Custom Line = EC > Dozen/Column
...we need to come up with a lot more than that though - please help expand the list! How can we calculate the odds of stitching official playing positions so we can build this list more quickly??
The other thing I wanted to look at was parachuting cycles. Before I got something like 8:1 from stitching 2 dozens > 2 dozens > 2 dozens > 2 dozens with let it ride...
We could bet previous defining element on EC cycles and if lose then move to dozen cycles and bet previous defining then quads then lines then streets, etc.
Inner CL2 = EC Cycles
Inner CL3 = Dozen Cycles
Inner CL4 = Quad Cycles
Inner CL6 = Line Cycles
We can also parachute Outer Cycles: Dozen cycles wrapped by any constant like CL has 3 outcomes, this can be reduced to 2 with "Same" and "Different" or it can be expanded to 6 outcomes with Order+CL:
Dozen Outer CL2 = 2 options (SD)
Dozen Outer CL3 = 3 options (Outer Cycles standard)
Dozen Outer CL6 = 6 options (wrapped by Order+CL)
...et al.
I like this idea... will be studying your ideas intently and see if I can add some value with some intensive testing!
Nothing to add now, but I do like the parachute method. Good way to keep the bets low.
I guess you could say a system using the parachuting method is the Pivot System....the further you go with no hit you are homing in on a narrower range of numbers with higher odds.

OK, but I didn't see it that way. With official positions I guess the range does get narrower, but with custom multi-spin parachutes I reckon we can cover more range? I think the idea to improve on Mist Trap is to parachute based on all uniques showing, i.e. when we fail to get a most likely event (mle) repeat - not just parachuting when we lose:
Dozen Cycle 123... (After failing to get CL2) all uniques have shown, so switch to Lines Cycles where already 3/6 uniques/halves appeared based on the previous Dozen cycle.
Or we can begin a new parachute after 123... starting with 1 or 2 dozens on CL3 of that initial cycle.
