Sorry I thought you were already chatting via Skype, they can take a while to accept your friend request, I do hope they sort it out, don't forget to mention that other players you know have had their money refunded

BTW, I had this reply to my complaint about the compensation and appalling way the y handled it

Not sure if this is the same issue or not.

I just logged into their live Casino.

Went to play Auto Roulette. I got a black screen. I got disconnected.

Went back into my account, my funds were 0 however my BetVenture account had my funds.

Picked up Live Roulette and got a black screen. However this time I clicked Exit game.

My funds were back into Bet Voyager account.

I hope this helps and is part of the same issue.
With right tools and good money management, any gambling activity can produce a steady income.

I'll wait for their reaction.

If I don't get any reaction by tomorrow I'll send them a message through Skype to get their attention.
But at least I now know that they do return my money sooner or later.

The problem we had was that the Live site was not functioning at all, and our funds were lost in their system and not attached to any Roulette game, what you experienced is normal where if you exit the game your funds will return

ddarko - Of the many ways you can look at the 10% thing is that if the no zero allows you to end a session in profit VS some probability of having a wipeout on zero on a 37 or 38 wheel. You could argue that 90% of something is better than 100% of nothing? How would you ever know ? The short answer is you wouldn't.

ddarko - you could also extend your question to the maximum limit & say why would anyone play at any casino that takes 100% of everything ?

It matters not if it's RNG or live dealer.
