Odds and payouts are different things. If either the odds or payouts don't change, then the result is the same - eventual loss.

It is a second time I get something like this from German casinos (on RX). you can see the date and the table number. it happened a few days ago. you can find it yourself.

This proves everything can happen :)

There should have been a happy camper at the time which detected the counting pattern.

Reminds me of the old ladies at local casino who say: "look, it's counting", "its a sum 4 + 12 = 16 now", "it's substracting" ... and so on.

I recall one saying: "la jugada perfecta, esa es la jugada perfecta" / "the perfect play, that's the perfect play"... (eyes see what they want to see!) :D

1st dozen 16 times!!!!!

this is not a big deal, bud. it happens quite frequently comparing to sequence 1, 2, ...10.

but before i posted  a similar example from german spins where it came much farther like something like 16 or 17. That was STUNNING. after that with this case i am not shocked as i was before .

There is something I would like to mention about the German casinos who stream their numbers via the net.  The reason you see a lot of repeat numbers is because the equipment they use sometimes record the same number twice.
A lot of the wheels in casinos nowadays have an 'eye' hooked up to the wheel which then sends the numbers to the electronic marquee. This is not a very reliable way for capturing numbers. Not only does it repeat the same number twice on occasions but at other times it does not register the number at all. It will go unchecked If nobody playing at the live wheel mentions this as the time., Obviously this will result in a lot of distorted test results. I personally think anybody wanting to test would be better downloading numbers from random.org. At least you know that you are getting genuine random numbers.

i don't think it happens that frequently. There are not really LOTS of repeats in german spins.
cases like this are very rare.

i agree. random.org is the most reliable for random.
but does b&m roulette game share the "same" kind of random from atmospheric noise?

Cheers,

that happens what u r telling about, but not too often. mostly the optical reader does its job. it doesn't influence statistics too much
