Well somebody can not RE-SELL something per say. Who is going to buy a system that teaches you how to use a Marty? My opinion being, I think its stealing if it is bought and then posted for free. I'm being non-bias, I dont care who the author is. I think Snowman/Herb has a book out for sale, I would delete any info ever posted here from his book.

Steve of course has the final word regarding anything that gets posted, I'm only stating my view.

I can't see what all the fuss is about, the system doesn't work, it has large drawdowns the same as any other method out there/here already, I haven't tested it to failure or table max but I am sure it will reach those levels. The thread creator has stated he has multiplied his bank by 10 (I think) it's possible that he/she has, but he/she also has asked for it to be coded which tells me he/she has been scared at some point.

I don't have yet a great experience of roulette, but for me, if somebody has "THE HOLY GRAIL", why would he sell it ?
It would be much more interesting to play it than to try to sell it, even for 2.000 $.

Depending on where the author lives, material is usually automatically copyrighted by the author once it is created. It doesnt even need copyright labels. If you just explain what the system is and how it is used, that is not copyrighted material. But he may argue that it is his intellectual property (IP). Although unless he has agreements in place, he doesnt have much ground.

Regardless, nothing I've ever seen of Alabalah's works. I knew him way back when he was spamming and scamming at RF. I knew what he was but gave him a chance to prove his claims. He couldnt and spat absolute nonsense, and made perfectly clear he was scamming people, so I banned him. Then he kept coming back under fake names to keep scamming. In the end I had to report him to get him to stop. He doesnt not have the HG or anything close. He is a scammer, plain and simple. It is a shame some people believe he has offered anything of value.

Even when discussing roulette with him, his responses indicate he is simply an amateur who really doesnt know what he's talking about.

Alabalah is just a scammer polluting forums with his nonsense, saying whatever he can to discredit the truth about him. Since actual truth about his systems and scamming is not on his side, and I tell people how it is, he resorts to attacking me personally. He shouldnt take it so personally. anyone who's dealt with him or his systems long enough knows he's a scammer. Anyone who saw the discussions with him and understood what was being said would know his system cant work, doesnt work, he admitted it, and he doesnt even know he admitted it. He is just an amateur at roulette, and another scammer. If telling the truth puts me in the firing line, then fire away - i'm used to it.

Kings, Ion is a kook. He started attacking me claiming I stole his system, yet had never even seen my system and based his claims on a simple video where I demonstrated basic half-wheel prediction. He basically claims he invented the semi-circle. I explained to him what my system is about and how idiotic he had been, but I don't think he quite gets it, all while he claims to have the holy grail, while publishing incorrect mathematics. It's amazing how much time I waste on freaks, or more so wasting time on explaining freaks to people who don't yet know.
