I'm 25 year old Ukrainian immigrant. From 2004 I live in Italy and I hate roulette because I can't beat it.

When I found this forums, I was surprised how many free and useful info you can find between toons of other useless things.

First of all I want to ask ALL the most respected forumers WHY EVERYBODE IS TRYING TO BEAT ROULETTE USING A TABLE LAYOUT?
I think that table layout was created to increase the variance and to confuse people, also we can't even use a wheel layout because it alse created to confuse us.

If only and saint thing that we know is that :   Live dealers MUST start spin from last number

WHY YOU DONT CONSIDER LAST NUMBER = ZERO, LAST NUMBER +1CLOCKWISE= 1, LAST NUMBER + 2 CLOCKWISE=2....and so on

A lot of systems on this forum works if we play POCKETS GAME and not roulette

What are statistics for number to repeat???
I'm not Bayes or Priyanka, but I think that chances of same number to repeat are less then statistics of zero to hit...

The beginning of holllllygrail lays in this fact!    Because there are lessssss variance and randomness

I attached my playing table, and divisor. As you can see it's only clockwise (because I'm lazy, and I have a full time work so not much time for roulette, also there is less variance and randomness if we consider only one direction of spins). From this table we can make our own dozens and my favourite QUADS. Quads can be used with Priyanka's cycle.xlsx, betting only cycles length 3, with any even chances strategy. 
I tried to code some systems with Rx using pockets but it's tooo difficult for me cause lack of time.

I want to make clear that my target is to make better life for people around me an not for myself. If people around me will be happy, I would be the happiest...

Can't disagree. But I would encourage  you to try any "almost working system" with pockets instead of wheel or table layouts.

I sometimes do this ..... wait new dealer...count pockets between spun nrs. I'm mostly track +/- 15 spins. Then look if you see a pattern or something. ... then start betting flat or with mild progression. Mostly it's around 10 or 18 pockets.

If ithe wheel is fair then the table layout, wheel layout or pockets have identical chances. When some pattern forming in the wheel, such as a hot sector, appears chaotic on the mat, the opposite is also valid: when the ball drops everywhere around the wheel and there´s apparently not one group of neighbours to bet on, chances are one particular EC, one dozen or a DS might be hitting like crazy. None of these methods of play have an edge over the others, unless there´s some form of dealer´s signature. I´ve seen dealer´s that almost constantly hit more on one half of the wheel, while others prefer the C column. IMO a system that would rely on all of the above might be worthier than one that relied on jest one of those things I mentioned (sorry can´t explain it any better lol).

That's what I meant. ... counting pockets to see if the dealer spins a certain pattern.

Very very smart idea, something I suspect not thought of.
