stoked to have found this site, I am a math nerd, studied pure math in university, work as a statistician now. I have been searching for some true AP systems for a while.

In first case we are betting on a spin.

I believe half of male members here have urinating problem.
The massaging technique, will not cure 100%, but will relieve the problem, shortening the time hard straining to start urinating.

Use your finger tip, you can feel the urine tube, urethra, it as huge as your pinky finger, just massage it hard, with left right movement, circle, or ,
to and fro.
Massage whole tube for around two to three minutes.
Or, you may squat on the floor, then use your foot's heel to massage the urethra..by sitting on the heel.

Try this massaging, if this relieve your urinating problem, spread the words, it a good deed.
