is there anybody that has ever heard of the cecil swan system ?

I've readed that name somewhere in somebodies topic.

searched google for it but no succes...

I know very well Cecil Swan system,that in 1930 or something like that was played by a lot of people in France and in England and it was considered the end of the roulette(LoL).


As soon as RX tests were possible in 1960/1970(??),it was easy to demonstrate that it failed like other systems.


He plays on hot clusters of 4 spins of ECs(16 clusters in total).
You detect, in 64 spins, the most frequent 4 spins clusters and you bet on their repeat for other 64 spins at the most.
It has something to do with the law of third too.
I hope you are satisfyed,even if I don't write the details of when exactly to bet.
