Title: Global Warming - Brian Cox vs Malcolm Roberts
Post by: Bayes on Sep 07, 04:03 AM 2016
UK members will know Brian Cox from his BBC science documentaries, which I've enjoyed. However, I wasn't impressed by his performance on this episode of ABC's Q & A.

Love the guy. Proper manchester accent if anyone is interested how I sound

I thought it was clever of Dara O'Brain to point out when Cox was the keyboard player in D Ream and sang "things can only get better" that it contradicted the second law of thermodynamics which states entropy will increase lol

I like him too, but he was wrong, based on the data that the narrator presents. I don't have a lot of time for conspiracy theories and I am certainly not one of the tin-foil hat brigade but I'm not convinced that global warming is caused by human activity. The models are clearly crap because their predictions are way off. The trouble is science is too politicized these days. If you're a climate change "denier" you've got little chance of getting a grant, and that can't be right.

I did think " what you doing Brian?"
Not quite Sting on Pakinson with an Amazonian Indian with a dinner plate in his bottom lip....but still...I raise an eyebrow

If you've found one conspiracy theory to be conspiracy fact - then perhaps there are other official stories you can begin to doubt. How about food/chemicals? Stevia scams? Or light bulbs? These conspiracy theories all turned out to be true. Jihadi John? :) One day you might be at a stage where you'd realise that most celebrities and politicians are put into power by the elite and told how to act towards mainstream audiences. Either that or you haven't had enough encounters with the police and court system and how corrupt they are. Or you haven't been involved in office politics before? Or you haven't heard about what corruption Martin Luther found when he visited the Vatican in Rome? Brian's personal opinion is that he (probably) knows Global warming isn't man-made. Remember CO2 output during industrial revolution? Most of these celebrities and politicians are Harvard graduates who were headhunted by the elite who pretend to represent a democracy.

Anyway, you've taken a good first step towards escaping the matrix... I hope you can continue to branch out into other areas of truth and avoid being conditioned by propaganda.

When in earth's history has the climate NOT changed

Heat period. Ice ages. Mini ice ages. The extreme heat of the medeival times

It goes up it goes down.

Now its all political. They blame humans = further regulation, taxes, and control

Coal minors losing jobs. Tighter grip on the public.

Elites win

Now just because i am anti human causing global warming does NOT mean i do not want clean energy

In a perfect world we would be on 100 percent geothermal and solar
