If you are referring to Al, he was scamming people. Read back at the threads where by his own admission his system does not work, although he didnt even know what he was saying. If you dont understand it all, thats unfortunate for you. If you prefer to have people scamming, again I suggest try another forum because scamming wont be tolerated here. It would be nice to have the efforts of moderators appreciated, but not everyone understands things from our end.

Who decides who is scamer? What if most people don't agree? You say find another forum.. 
How we known that Steve is no scamer too, i guess because he is owner of most forums, but it does not prove nothing.. I think the best is voting who is scamer and who is not, and then ban him, but I'm not owner and not even moderator and my thinking is not important.

Speed, if you understood the line of questioning and his answers, and what it all meant, you'd know he admitted his system doesnt work. Besides, test it for yourself. It seems about half the members agree he is a scammer. I dont want to go on about it, but in the end it was very, very clear.

I acknowledge that sometimes I may get things wrong, but in this case, I'm not wrong. The history of Al goes back a while, full of spamming on other forums and overall, I dont want to waste time on him. If I wasted time on every scammer, and explaining to people why he is banned, I would be wasting a lot of my life.

i do not intend to buy any more systems as there is nothing new in those systems. your unbalance even money system in the 'king system' uses a concept "project 202" found in the internet which i have seen long before and is not an attractive way for me and certainly not a consistent winning system.  now your claim to invent "only possible holy grail" does not have real meaning to me at all. if you are strong enough to say that it consistently win, then send it to me to verify it and if it fits what you have claimed " have yet to see any loss of bankroll till now and it is almost impossible.
