One to Eight progression required?!

Can anyone help me with a progression for where a win is 1 unit and a loss is 8 units. 2 losses in row possible (very rare), 3rd lost almost as impossible. Marty no good, too big BR required. Maybe a recovery will be good, cause all the time wins in row.
