Well, it's not actually a method, but you can bring a method to it. It's an old Basic program that let's you play against the computer while it keeps score and makes funny comments. The emulator is written recently (not by me) in Microsoft Silverlight and emulates GW-Basic. It's very good ( I tested it). This code would also probably run on MBasic, which was Microsoft's earlier Basic for 8-bit CP/M machines. I found the code in a CP/M archive; so it might date anywhere from 1980 to 1987.
ps ~ Use 'CTRL-C' to stop the program at any time. Use 'CONT' to continue, or 'RUN' to run it again.
Yep, it runs in MBasic, Microsoft's flagship product before it got into the operating system business in '80-'81. Pics show it running in one of my emulators, SIMH (Altairz80) by Peter Schorn, running CP/M + MBasic.
