Title: single dozen methods?
Post by: Big EZ on Sep 04, 09:50 PM 2012
What's the best method you guys have seen to select single dozens or what is your favorite? And I would like you personal views on if you think it is possible to pick 20% winners on average selecting a single dozen..

Because if there is a way that you can pick 20%, you have a progression that will make it profitable ??

I love single dozen, as someone said when a dozen is frozen 4 times play for it to win once in 3 times. if lose go up a dash on your bet! if lose try again---keep your bet count and your golden!!!!! sleepers are part of the game but not all of the time----2 to one is good

You can use Penthouse progression 1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,3,4,4,4...  and bet after a dozen sleeps for 4 spins.
If you lucky you wont catch 10+ spins sleeper for a while and have few early hits.  You can play with

123
246
369
4812  progression

up on a loss and 1 level down if in plus, otherwise back to the beginning of a current level.
I would play to win or lose 30u using last progression.

U can pick up even expected 33% of wins and end up in a loss.  Repeats or sleepers is really the same. If u catch a good trend u can ride on it.  ;D

Does anyone have a link to the stats for a single dozen sleeping?

On a NoZ wheel you have 1/3 of a chance to hit.  If not hit it sleeps.
The chance to a dozen not hit is 2/3.
Depends what you are after.

If you make a simple multiplication  1/3 * 1/3 = 1/9  the Chance hit 2 times
2/3 * 2/3 =  4/9  not hit in 2 spins.

You can then just see the probability using simple math.

This is probability before anything has happen, if a doz has slept for 50 spins, it is 2/3 for the next as allways.
What you see in 100000 spins will be about the same in the next 100000, but the rare things can be different, which use to  be a reason a system bust.

Thanks for the input guys.

Ddarko, yes that is correct.

Now with dozens I want to start looking at their characteristics.

How often do you get 3 different dozens in 3 spins?
How often do 2 dozens show in 3 spins?
How often does 1 dozen show 3 times in a row?

I'm not great at math if some would like to show me the math that would b great.

Maybe JL would chime in here since he has studied the dozens a lot with all his methods
