Title: The JL BV challenge
Post by: superman on Sep 07, 03:05 PM 2012
As I have told JL, I will login each evening and post his results in this thread, not sure what way to show the results is best, my first thought is a screen shot of the history option, any other ideas.

PS; post your ideas and let's discuss it forst, I will then delete all the ideas after a decision is reached to keep the thread clean, if you don't like your posts being deleted, tough tities, don't post then.

<----- Oh look at the post count  >:D

OK guys, as I said at the start I have removed all the none results posts, it seems everyone will be happy just with the screenshots of the history, I had a quick look through each session to see the size of bets placed, the max so far that I saw was 0.50, JL please confirm this is the max bet you have placed so far.

     Top chart = base units x 100
Bottom chart = base units per hour x 100

I've multiplied the base unit (1 cent) 100 times for tracking purposes.  These charts represent one euro for a base unit, which is a more likely base unit scenario for most casinos and many players.  The base units per hour is from information/data we didn't have before.  JL has played a little over two hours in seven hit-and-run sessions.

OK updated results, many posts deleted to keep the thread just for results of JLs' play.

@JL, I noticed a bet of 5 euros, can you explain that one please.

The attached is made up of 3 screenshots so Still has all the results so far.

Hi Superman, yes a mistake. It was intended to be 1 euto. My attention was diverted by my better half and I clicked 5 euro by mistake. Its good news though as it has put me in a comfortable place. I am a bit frustrated by the need to risk points to drive the RNG. And have created a method that can work off the bat. Requires no tracking. I will put this to the test soon.

QuoteCan you post the P&L when you update ?

Will do

QuoteAlso win % to bets placed if you have that info ?

Too time consuming mate, sorry. As far as I can work out JL is keeping track of his methods results, 5 for example has a strike rate of around 900/1 but I think that's on other platforms too, I'll leave this and your post for a while so JL can enlighten us as to what he's playing mainly for this challenge.

@ Stepkevh, could be, but the losses seem to big for losing a handfull of 1 cent chips

Starting to look good.  Starting to see a steady upward climb.  Looks like JL is figuring out how to deal with the conditions @ BV.

The lower chart is an average that will gradually smooth out over time.  What we want to see there is a steady line straight across.  Currently, it's telling us JL is taking in an average of 20 units per hour of play.

Can see the average of the units-gained-per-hour smoothing out around 20.  Lately it ticked upward from 19 to 20, a good sign.

Balance 25.57, I have been told he is now only playing PB and if the opportunity arrises he will play 8 on 1, as discussed he has until end of December to double the bank to 40 euros or the shop closes.
