Title: Am I just seeing this because I'm looking for it?
Post by: Roughy on Oct 10, 01:16 PM 2012
Hi All

I first noticed this when playing WH (spits!  ;D ) But been doing a lot of testing on Dublin Bet recently so watching a lot of spins and I seem to see it there too.

When a black number from the middle column hits it seems as if another black number from that column seems to hit more often than should be expected. At the very least the middle column seems to repeat a lot.

So, if 2, 8, 11, 17, 20, 26, 29, 35 hit I often see one of these other numbers hitting. I also find 0 seems to hit a lot after these numbers too. And if 11 hits I would add in 10. And if 29 hits I would add in 28 and 30.

Am I just seeing this happen because I'm looking for it now? Could one of you clever testing guys run this and see what you find? LIVE SPINS ONLY.

Maybe I'm talking rubbish but thought I'd put it out there. Not sure if it would even be playable or what type of progression to use etc, just thought I'd mention it to much cleverer and more experienced people than me!  ;)

Cheers

I have long maintained that certain groups of number encourage other numbers to come.  Since there is no logical reason for this, I call it "Voodoo Roulette".  I totally believe the 28 and 29 are connected.

I did a lot of study on Murph's Corner or Quad System.  He says do not bet if 0, 8, 26, 17 or 35 come.  I noticed that these numbers "seem" to hit together, especially 8 and 35.

And, yes, we do see what we're looking for and overlook that which we are not.  There is a  psychological term for this, but I can't recall it.  It is the way the brain is wired.

I have a system on the middle column regarding this: Raymond One

Procedure: On the newest middle-column number, bet #1, #8 and #34
for up to 10 spins, flat-betting.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Like any system it has its ups and downs, but fairly successful.

There are others like this one.  Send pm if interested.

A few years ago the local library had a book " Fortune Bookie" By Serena Ng

She provided a 14 number group and an 8 number group.  It was hard to memorize all 36 numbers and their respective groups.

1 time I took the book to the table and after several hits in only a few spins the pit boss whispered something to the dealer that I could  not hear.

It was a very busy table to begin with but the dealer began spinning within 30 seconds and I had a hard time getting 8 or 14 numbers placed.

This much I do recall in regards to the middle column, is that you are correct.  Certain number did seem to bring out certain numbers within 4 or 5 spins.

I think I have a system by her.  I tested it.  It was so bad, I considered betting the opposite of her picks.  Maybe I had a bad run......maybe it was someone else.  I'll look for it.  Saw it just the other day.

From what I can recall, there was some instructions to pre qualify the dealer for 5 spins.

BUT

The challenge I had was the instructions were VAGUE as to what do after a winning number came out.  Ie; what number to use next.  Although when I tested it with book of spins the Flamingo it was pretty apparent that 8 or14 number groups did indeed come out with consistency.

However she claimed that it was better to "wait and hunt".

OR

Play for Long EC streaks.

Roughy, Thank you!

I don't know if I've been lucky or what...but anyway. I'm gonna share what I'm doing.

Now and then, someone comes along....puts something on this forum, and then some of the experienced players start posting.I then take notice...and do my own testing.

So I've taken what you notice....and modded something that TwoCatSam posted...and came up with something that has given me the results I posted below.

You'll see that playing times are not that long! This together with my dozens method posted on here, I've managed to double my starting bankroll. Yes - most probably luck, but I'll withdraw my initial bankroll, and keep on trying with my winnings. All of this withing about 10 days! Playing 5c !!!
