Ok I gave it a go. According to my decryption methods it says:
"todays specials are dim sims"

I could be wrong..

Steve failed to decrypt the code, but he does have technology that could see through those chimney stacks and find all the dead pidgeons without having to clean the bloody things. :o

wow I learned something today.. dim sims are more an Australian thing. And I thought those tasty little things were available everywhere.
