Title: Help with the ScottyDog tracker, please!
Post by: TwoCatSam on Dec 07, 10:31 AM 2012
Orichi (sp?) posted a zip file for a tracker for Scotty.  This tracker seems to me to have taken a lot of work to produce.  I want to test the system with it.  Yes, call me ignorant.  Don't really care.

Could someone tell me how it works?  I put in the 13 numbers and nothing happens.  I don't know where to bet.  No col/doz numbers appear.

By the way, if I find this idea is a winner do you want me to keep it to myself or share it like I do the LvF?

Sorry Sam, i'm here to help!

1. Just replace de RNG numbers in the INPUT SPIN with current spins u wanna play.
2. In the BET BOARD VISUAL u can see the picture and them XLS will evaluate if is a positive or negative bet.
2. In the FINAL CONDITION field u gonna see "BET" or "NO BET CHANCE" so u can see it u can bet or not. Them bellow if it is a positive bet condition COLUMN or DOZEN will appear.

Orochi

OK, I first clear the numbers in the column and put in my own 13.  Then nothing happens.  I've done it a dozen times and nothing happens.

Where am I going wrong?

AN OPEN MESSAGE TO ANYONE WHO WILL HEAR

Please don't tell me I'm wasting my time.  Go out to the golf course and tell the golfers that.  Keep on until one of them punches your lights out!!

Sometimes people do things just for fun.  I'm not out to make money; damn it, I'm fixed for life!  I'm out to have some fun with you people and learn a few things.  I'm out to make friends all over the world and communicate!  Most of you are kind and supportive.  To those who are not--tough titty!!

Try this file.

After u modify the spins, press "F9" sometimes, then u can see if the XLS is doing automatic calculations.

OK, I tried that file.

I used "clear contents" to remove the numbers there and put in mine.  Nothing happens.  I hit f9 a dozen times.  Nothing happens.

Sam,

You need to press F9 in the original excel file, not when you inputted your numbers :-)

If you open the file, the "spin numbers" that are present there, act like the RNG excel versions that
Nick and me release, just pres F9 to get 13 new numbers :-)

I just tested it and the bets change when you press F9

But, Stef...........

How would you use it to play?  I've done the f9.

What I want is to put in 13 numbers from Dublin and have the sheet tell me which, if any, col/doz to bet on.

I cannot get it to do that.

Gladly!!

28
1
3
2
31
9
18
10
22
18
30
20
16

I've put those number in so many time, I almost have them memorized.  I also just put in 1-13 to see what it would do.  Then just numbers off the top of my head.

All the same; nothing.

if you start the excel, do you activate the macros warning ?

because if i input your numbers one by one i see the tracker changing.

on the end its a NO Bet but the other values change every time you input the numbers.

You're talking about the gold banner that says "enable macros"?  Yes, I clicked it.

I put in the numbers and nothing changes.

I'm going to try my wife's computer.

In a minute..

Finally I see what's happening.

I was looking for the program to put in the 1 and 2 beside the numbers.  It does not do this unless one color gets two ahead of the other.

Now it works perfectly.  Well, it always did!

Sorry guys and thanks a ton for the help.
