Try to give a copy of chat with them or email, where you tried to settle things but it did not work. Ok, I'll start this one. Beware Lucky 18 (online casino).
After winning $99 from a $10 bonus chip, they asked me to deposit $50 to claim all winnings. (April 12, 2010). It took 105 days for them to pay me, after weeks of pressure from the software provider (real-time Gaming) and posting notices on various forums.
I have faced difficulties with winaday casino and onlinecasino.ac or accasino.com (two names and same casino), both offered me no deposit bonuses and later after completing it clear denial for payment on whimsical grounds.
