Hi guys,
Just a quick question, should a line bet have higher betting limits than a straight up bet?
Cheers

Yes a line bet should have higher bet limits than a straight up bet.. The payout odds are related to the casinos calculated chances of a player winning.
You have to compare equal amounts of numbers bet. Like a 6 line bet ( eg 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, ) has a payout odds of 5 : 1.
The maximum bet will be x6 the maximum single number on any inside bet. Then you need to compare this to betting on any six of the 37 or 38 inside numbers. The odds and payouts are the same. The odds, outlays and payouts will not be equal if you're comparing unequal betting number positions.
All casinos, live dealer & on line, usually have a bet odds limit displayed at the table. The main thing with a payout of 35 : 1 is that the casino always has a % margin over the player. Bet Voyager nil zero on line casino ( plus some other similar casinos ) gives true equal chance game pays BUT they catch you on the way out by taxing your winnings 10%. There's no easy money for the player in the gambling world.
Thanks mate,
That's what I thought, but dublinbet has their line bets at the same limits as a straight up number.
I knew that couldn't be correct.
Hi guys,
Can anyone confirm what the betting limits are for a line (double street) bet at the live casinos they are playing at please.
I play at dublinbet so I already know the limits there.
Thanks very much.
