As it is live play from Dublin anyhow, and you can literally visit it and play as well, I should not be any different.

Well not sure about that for the WEB version, otherwise they would not do the move...

From what I remember the Maltese licensing jurisdiction is a lot "looser" so in theory Yes  :-\

If it is Douglas or Valetta there they file the papers, will not make any difference. Most on line casinos are registered "offshore".
Isle of Man is looser than Malta.

Malta is in EU and must follow the rules in the union, as not Isle of Man is obliged to. It is not taxfree winnings in some EU countries if the jurisdiction is outside, and I think that's one of the reasons they move.

Dublinbet as on line and The Fitzwilliam Casino & Card club you are reffering to as BM are two different casinos actualy. It doesn't have to mean that if DB as on line casino is taking live video stream of roulette wheels and some card games from that casino in Dublin,  that they have same casino policy and rules.

Beside, few other online casinos are taking same video feed too, such as Jebet and some other..

I know some checking if it was real time, it was at that point at least. The person was in Dublin at the place and shown up in the video at the proper time.  It is a different company, and that switch jurisdiction. The reason is certainly not to be able to make it easier to cheat.
