Then wait for the next spin and that is marked down as a column
This is then the trigger

So now we bet the 16 remaining numbers that lie in dozens 1 and 3 and in columns 1 and 2
These can always be made into 4 corner bets
You can also track for 3 columns in a row followed by the dozen which is same as above but vice versa and speeds up waiting time.
I use Fibonacci progression on the 16 numbers
Another example:

So bet 4 corners in dozens 2 and 3 and columns 1 and 2 until a hit
