Title: Attention! BetVoyager is cheating?
Post by: Smoczoor on May 06, 10:04 AM 2013
In last three days i lost over 30Euro becouse BetVoyager quit my games with strange messages like:
- conennection error
- error with synhronization
- server error etc.

I have 2 different computers, two different internet providers. Both computers are 100% stable, clean with perfect internet. It happens on both computers.
BetVoyager totally ignores my mails with reports.
I just want to inform you all about this situation.
I don't know why it happens. I play BetVoyager since last year and it was working fine till last three days. Only one thing changed - i start to win (~15000 units). I don't like conspiracy theories but it looks like they dont like me :(

I was playing with chrome/internet explorer. Downloaded their program and it happens often. Now i don't know what to do.

There is no reason for them to avoid your game using server connection issue.
I am pretty sure that is what happen.

If they don't like you winning, then they just limited your game or ban you, with out giving you any reason, they don't have to and they don't care.

It is sometimes connection problems at BV.  Happens sometimes every day. We can then lose the bet on the table. You seems to have it for the first time, after a couple of years. It has to do with BV connection problem, well known.

I have not seen a connection with winning and the problem.  I think they do all they can to avoid it. How can they have use for such a problem?

I have once lost 50 Euro due to failure of connection.  On the other hand I had no problem withdrawn  2000 times more.

Thanks for replys guys!
As i said i was playing on BV since last year. It happens few times in last 3 days. I hope it is only coincidence.

I lost 30 Euro in four or five sessions (i bet money on table and error shows).

I have to found other casino with 0.01 Euro or wait few days and try to play again.

Azim

I cannot find the word "live" anywhere.  Please color it red for me.

All...........

Lord, I see this problem every day.  Saw it twice today.  I run two computers and two bots.  Sometimes when one fails, the other will within minutes.  Sometimes not.  Some days one computer will run for hours while the other will cut off a lot.

It just happens.  It's just a part of the misery we endure to gamble.

QuoteDownloaded their program

Theres the main problem in my opinion, never play with the download version it has never worked properly as far as I know, I always use the online version.

Quotedid you win in Betvoyager? Consistently? Congratulations!!!

Many do, it's not that hard to do if you know what you are doing.

QuoteIt just happens.  It's just a part of the misery we endure to gamble

Correct Sam, but I can't understand how many people here say they lost their money, I have emailed them probably 3 or 4 times in the past when it does happen, I tell them 3 things

1) how much I had on the table
2) my bet location (easy for me as it was either red or black)
3) how much I expect my balance to be due to THEIR c***up, not mine

EVERY time I have told them they have put ALL funds back into my account, no questions, they just do it, YOU are the customer ! they respect that, they can check their data/servers/error logs etc to see if you are lying.

If you want to be really safe, take a screenshot and send it, I never have as I have always been refunded.

I totally agree with Superman.......

and further more, a server/error/messages is not, in my book,
concrete evidence of cheating (as we know it Jim)

We may need, collectively, as a group (say this forums members and other places), who use the BV platform casino experience, to write a letter explaining all of our concerns about this lack of customer service (server wise)
The fact that one can play at other purely on-line casino places, for hours at a time, and maybe even days at a time, is testament in itself, that there is a systemic server problem at BetVoyager.
(that, or its deliberate server depletion manipulation)

Shall we have a debate on whether a collective letter of 'complaint' would be a good idea?

[reveal= ZyngaPlusCasino Game Play.] Three days ago, I played my £6000 play through wagering requirement at ZyngaPlusCasino with their free £30 (ending the session with £208 BR) over two long nights, and never once had a server, cut off error. Just shows eh.[/reveal]

From what I have asked in the past it is not their server, it is their carrier, ISP, as they are not in a 1st world 'type' country their internet connectivity is only 'fair' not good or great. A server is the same as your computer, its either on and running without any errors or it needs a reboot, we know that when an issue arrises if we close the game and reopen it everything is fine, this means 2 things, the server was not rebooted (could take up to 2 minutes) secondly, it was the connection between us and the host, their problem is a connectivity problem.

Good point superman.

Maybe not everyone is aware, that BetVoyager base is in the tiny island of Netherlands Antilles
which is just off the Venezuelan coast..... they are part of the Dutch (Netherlands) territory.
One would imagine that ALL signals must have to leave by satellite dish!

They are registered i Caribbean (juridical issue), but that is not the same as the servers are located there. Betvoyager has Russian ownership.
The connection problems has been for long, so it may be out of there control.
You can see on statistic pages (google) they can have 50 million hits a day. It may be a lot of bots, as all penny casinos attract.
They have NOZ ans equal odds on near all games.
I do not know any other casino which is better than BV despite the problems with connections.

Well, I did get cut off yesterday when I was at the last bet in my progression.

I had two questions:

1.  Did they know how much further I would go?
2.  Since there was more money in the game account, why cut me off now?

I get cut off a lot during my dummy bets or while I am .20 to .40 into the progression.

Maybe they will launch their own satellite.  I've lost enough money to them, they could probably buy a used one a a junkyard just on my dime alone!  No, wait!!  They used that money to pay some guy name Ralph!!   :o

I think it's more to do with server rebooting. Normally, when legit companies run their servers 24/7. They run a mirror server alongside. When there is issues with the main server the second server takes over. The legit companies also reboot their servers once a week. Not sure if they have a scheduled reboot.

The maintenance is useless. The connection problem has been around for years! Wonder what they are doing on Mondays.

Yee, they cut the connection when you are winning! That's strange or normal procedure? Then getting the withdrawals home is another question. This world is full of greed and casinos, online casinos, stock and Forex brokers, banks, insurances and politicians wants to grab from your fortune cake how much they can! But they will not share their cake with you!
Too many parasites living on this planet.

Its 30$ , william hill would not tamper with your game for that amount. Yes maybe if it was happening to a large number of people, but its clearly not going to be the case.

Under your avatar you say there is no such thing as luck.  Would you care to elaborate on that?  Do you believe in predestination?  (Oops!  I went off topic!!)  Obi, perhaps you would like to start a thread on luck.

It use to be better after they greased the wheels every Monday.
Betvoyager rather lose money due to the connection problems.
It is not a cheating strategy!

The bots place 19 dummy bets before it risks a penny of my money.  I get cut off a lot during this dummy time.  What do they gain?

When I have 50 Euro they COULD  get, they cut me off at -.40.

Nope, I'm not buying it.

I vote "fair and balanced", just like Fox News!

I think so too Sam.  Yes pennies add up. But too much to lose if they do it to people who play for pennies.

Hey sam, i dont think i can elaborate further. Luck is a form of perception, you either believe or you don't. I don't feel a whole topic around luck is needed.

Do you believe in predestination? No. Everything in this world happens for a reason. Chain of events. Actions lead to a result.

How long did they take to credit the lost amount into your account? Almost 24 hours for me and no reply from them.

I think they have tried this. The server must not be located at the jurisdiction, they can have servers on five continents.

Well, they certainly have the money to have them!

They can have servers per each major country. This would certainly give them more safety in their operations. A branch might suffer, but it is unlikely all of the different providers go "poo poo" at the exact same time.

Great advice Ralph.

Maybe we should suggest that to them? But I doubt they will do anything about it, if they bothered they would have done that years ago. The problem has been there for years now!
