I've seen some threads but they are old and some casinos don't work anymore.
Only one I know of now is dublinbet with they use British pounds. Not that big of a deal but lower is always better.
I also saw some William casino owned casinos but I'm not touching those.

I don't think you'll find any live dealer roulette as low as 10c or similar ? Party Casino has a 2 GBP min. Lativian dealers UK admin. via Malta. Their top limits are up to 2k + ? which allows a good progression ratio. Free to join to check out the play but after a short time of no money play they stop you out.
Smart Live & their offshoot Guru Casino UK have a 10 GBP min so their 1k & 1.5k limits offer less progression. However they have low limit airball at 10p or did a year ago as I haven't checked since then ? Some think their airball is rigged? Smart Live is good with their free play as they give you 1k in fun chips and the play is off the same live wheel that bets are made on. It's very good for testing your play.
Spins are a bit slow but good for players who need time to place lots of bets.
It's slow to allow telephone bets & is broadcast on Skychannel in the UK.

As Ig has already suggested search around on the forums. Also use Google. There's so many RNG casinos out there that it's often not easy to get through all their hype to see if they have live dealer. By far the biggest sector on line, as in real casinos, are slot/poker machines. Most of their promos focus on that because that's easy profit for them. Dealers for cards & roulette add to costs so are less profitable, that's why there's less live dealer games generally.
There's some casinos that don't pay out or short pay. Some are mentioned on the forums. Smart Live & Party have always paid me in full.
c'mon, there are lots of live dealers for 10 c, there was a discussion. castle casino group, smartlive, playtech casino king group, partycasino, victor chandler, casino euro, belgian casino777.be, casino di vittoriosa, dublinbet now.
I guess I wasn't clear enough, but I mean 10c minimum on OUTSIDE bets.
I could check the ones iggiv posted but I would have to register to each one of those so that is why I am asking in the forum.
The only one I know of is smartlivecasino with a 10c minimum airball roulette.
The rest I've check have a $1 minimum in the best of cases. Including dublin bet and the others posted above.
i don't know about this. playtech lets you bet outside 10 c if inside 10c.
