Thanks for that. Your casino is one of the finest casinos as per me, but you lack two things,
1. Your software for live roulette need to be corrected a bit, many times specially in case of rebet, chips do not remain visible. You need to add undo(for last step) and bet 2X buttons to make it more user friendly. The bet spread is also very narrow like 10 cent to Euro 1 on inside bets can not be considered as standard, It should atleast be double of existing.
2. You are least interactive, sorry to say. Your standard time to reply an email is 48 hours. You do not have any live chat facility either. Here, on this forum also you do not reply frequently. I sent you a message on your skype 5 days back, which is yet to be answered.
Hopefully, you would improve upon these to become the best.

why don't you provide this bonus to other members also? you should allow this bonus to all those persons who haven't got any other no deposit bonus from you and following you on facebook. Keep a maximum withdrawal of say Euro 50 if someone clears 35X wagering. Even I could not clear this wagering condition when firstly I got Euro 10 and now when I got Euro 25. I know, you consider me to be VVIP client but I think this promotion should be open to all. I am very closely monitoring your casino's every aspect and if you could clear even half of the problems that I told you, you sure can become THE BEST CASINO
