This is a very simple but effective strategy. There are only two rules;
(1) Bet each street that comes
(2) Remove each street that hits
+1 progression for each loss. Reset progression when reach a new high
Its called "Millions in May for streets". Its coded for RX. Turbo genius I think.
I know it tanks because I tested it to death.

With the +1 progression it workes just fine, just reset when reach a new high.

It took 66 spins to be go from +500 to -1,036

well...I don't knock what i don't know. I have tested this to death on thousands of real spins, rand.org, RNG

See....old Turbo is very dated in his approach. He never mentioned MM which is key. I owe him for my interest in roulette though
I mean....look at the website style

instead of streets play lines. instead of playing +1 everytime keep bet size flat. you will see the variance is less. and you can improvise when you have something with a low variance.
